  Our next Filmbase session explores job sharing and flexible working in film and TV, looking at how these approaches can work in practice for crew.

  We’ll be joined by Michelle Reynolds, a long-standing advocate for job share and flexible working.

  Michelle has worked with hundreds of crew members, supporting them to job-share and work flexibly through ReelTimeMedia.

  ReelTime Media collaborates with productions and crew to encourage and facilitate more sustainable and inclusive ways of working.

  This 1 hour 15 minute, evening webinar will also feature crew members sharing their own first-hand experiences of job sharing.

  The session will finish with an open Q&A, giving you the chance to ask questions and take part in the discussion.

  The webinar is aimed at crew in the Art, Graphics, Set Decoration, Prop Dressing and Prop Modelling departments.
