7:30 - 8.30pm (UK time) via Zoom
We are organising a round table session for Supervising Art Directors to discuss the current climate with regards to rates.
Over the last few years there has been increased pressure from studios and production companies to cut crew rates on some productions and we understand that some HODS are are becoming concerned that Bectu Art Department Rate Card rates are no longer achievable.
This is despite the fact that the most recent rate card included just an average 2.6% increase (lower than inflation), introduced to match the Construction Department rate rise agreed earlier in the year between Bectu and PACT for all Construction crew. Meanwhile, inflation has increased by 3.8% over the last 12 months.
We have organised this opportunity at the request of a number of Supervising Art Directors, so that SADs can share their experiences and consider constructive ways forward.
Please sign up for the session below.
When you register, you can let us know if there's a specific issue you'd like raised during the session.
The webinar is FREE for members and non-members of Filmbase - all participants must be Supervising Art Directors. If you'd like to become a Filmbase member, click here.
